Le Vallon de Valrugues Hotel Spa & Villas

Lovely grounds and staff. The hotel is in a beautiful quiet place, yet very close to the village. The shuttle service to the village is so handy and we specially appreciated the valet staff. Breakfast was great.

Room insulation :( We arrived slightly before a big holiday, and as more guests started to arrive, the noise from banging doors, high heels, etc was quite disturbing. I also felt like there could be more eating options. There was only was restaurant available and the menu was the same every day and the same for room service. While the food was very nice, there were moments when I just wanted something simpler, like a soup or a sandwich and couldn’t get anything like that unless I went to the village. I tried to see if the concierge could help, but there was no assistance there. Felt like a 5 star hotel could provide more options / even if it’s paid.

Die Unterkunft ist schön und wirklich sehr nahe gelegen an Saint-Remy. Der Spa, Außenpool und die Bereiche für Kinder sind nett und sauber.

Das Zimmer war extrem veraltet und sehr klein. Es gibt zwischen Mittag und Abendessen keine Möglichkeit im Hotel etwas zu essen, schon sehr ungewöhnlich für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Sollte man vor allem wissen, wenn man eine lange Reise hinter sich hatte und um 3 Uhr Nachmittag mit Familie ankommt… Das Personal war nicht wirklich bemüht oder kinderfreundlich. Insgesamt haben wir uns leider nicht wirklich wohlgefühlt, was an der doch sehr unpersönlichen und teilweise sogar unfreundlichen Behandlung durch das Personal lag. Schade, denn die Anlage ist schön
