The bar area was nice. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and quiet.

The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job. Very organized and well mannered. The young lady's customer service at the front desk was also top notch.
Staff is excellent
This was our second time to stay here and it was just as nice as our first time. I love how big their towels are. We had a double queen room which also had a chair with ottoman and a small side table along with a table and office chair. Our beds and room were comfortable. This is a nice hotel with an on-sight bar and restaurant. Next time we stay, I would like to try their restaurant. They also do a very nice all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet.
The room was nice and clean. Went to the Saddleback Grill and no one was there to assist, no ability to change the TV channel, and staff didn’t know how to help
I will never consider staying at this property for any reason. My vacation was delayed due to a train derailment in Arizona that shut down the interstate and prevented any rail travel east which was part of my vacation. I didn’t want to cancel my stay just move it further out due to extenuating circumstances. It was not a holiday or busy weekend, but they wouldn’t even consider it. Charged me full price for a stay I couldn’t make due to a railcar explosion that ended our entire trip. Thanks for the compassion and concern and for ending any future business from me. And to be clear every other hotel we had booked rescheduled for us even in the tourist towns we had booked that were busy. At least some places still have quality customer service. Just not this one.
Bathroom tube had hair in it, caught someone looking in my work truck at 1030pm, if i didn't say anything sure they might have broke in it. Bad part of town. Wont stay here again
Property old, moldy and not maintained
Toilet was leaking, room wasn’t cleaned, found chocolate cookie bar on the floor. And they charged $25 for early check in. The room was ready, so there was no reason for that extra charge, never had that happened before. Food in the restaurant isn’t worth the prices they charge.
