The hotel was good, the personal in lobby was nice and helpful! The room was perfect, too comfortable!

Found several cockroaches

The thing that bothered me the most was that we had no room lock. It was broken and we had to resort to putting the tables and chairs in front of the door just for piece of mind. I was a traveling single parent so that was my priority need for the room

Breakfast was awful. If I go to Tucson again, I will spend the money for better accommodations.

My favorite place to stay when I work in the Tucson area

The staff was friendly and helpful and the place was clean and in good shape. No complaints there. My only real complaints are, 1) The pool was green with mosquito lava swimming in it. 2) The back entrance didn't lock, which is a bit of a security concern for me. 3) We got to breakfast about 8:30am and there was almost nothing there. Practically everything there were dry-goods and I can't see any good reason it couldn't have been better stocked all the way to 9:00am.

I stayed here after a power outage in my town. The room was clean and comfortable. In much better condition than I had anticipated. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Everything I needed.

The cold water in the sink did not turn on. Had to use extreme hot water for everything. The TV picture was never clear.

Easy access.
