Location - lovely hill behind the zoo, accessible for everywhere including road networks.

Some tired poorly repaired fixtures but mostly super clean.

"Empfehlenswertes Hotel - sehr gut geführt."

Sehr gut ! Etwas außerhalb (was unser Wunsch war, um mit dem Bus in die City rein fahren zu können). Bus direkt vor der Tür. Parkplätze ausreichend kostenlos vorhanden. Sauber, Lobby riecht wunderbar, nettes Personal - wir konnten früher (schon um 11.30h) einchecken. Zimmer sauber, Bad neuwertig. Frühstück im schönen Ambiente, alles reichlich da - sehr gut.

Helpful friendly staff. Good parking. Location good for our needs. Breakfast was nice. Room near to reception. Good accessible bathroom. Thank you for having liquid soap and not nailing it to the wall, out of reach of a wheelchair user! Very comfortable bed.

Rooms are very dated and tired. Platform lift to restaurant out of order so my husband had to bring our food down to the bar area.

Gemütliches Zimmer. Schöner Frühstücksraum. Sehr nettes Personal, Gute Lage zur Bushaltestelle.Kostenloser Parkplatz.

Aufzug defekt,wir mussten 3 Etagen zu Fuß gehen (für den Koffertransport wurde Hilfe angeboten). In der Preiskategorie hätten wir eine Klimaanlage und eine Minibar/Kühlschrank im Zimmer erwartet.
