"Exceptional"

Great option between Portsmouth and Southhampton. We enjoyed the interiors, the breakfast and the sauna.

As in most hotels, the breakfast coffee is terrible

Hotel is OK. Staff reception lovely

Very disappointing experience at this hotel. My wife, child, and I had booked access to the pool during our weekend stay, only to be asked to move after another member complained about where we were sitting near the pool lanes. The situation was handled poorly and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. What was supposed to be a relaxing family weekend was ruined by the way staff dealt with the situation
