Literie très confortable et la couette au top

I stay here a lot when using the ferry throughout the summer season on my travels into Europe. It's a nice clean comfortable hotel that you need when you're tired after the boat. I always find the staff very pleasant and helpful. The location is very well placed outside the entrance to the ferry and it's easy to get to the other key places in the area. It's manned 24 hours so you don't have the problem if you're arriving late.

The proximity to the Caen ferry terminal was perfect for our 10pm arrival, as was the 24 hour check in. Even better, the bar was still open.

The breakfast was disappointing. At 8.30 there were no croissants and the baguettes were stale. Not much fruit to have with the yoghurt and hardly any cereal.

Excellent location for the Ferry and local restaurants, able to have breakfast before checking in for the early morning ferry, which is great.

Overpriced for the bottom of the range Ibis range

Location Parking, although I had to pay an extra 5.50eu just to park inside the gate. Expensive for what it is.

Very close to ferry making it easy to reach on disembarkation.

Can’t control room heating. Electric heaters in the wall appear to be disconnected and nothing comes through the ventilation.

Room was good, shower great. Bikes were stored for us in a locked room, thankyou. Staff took care over preparing breakfast. The hotel is really close to the ferry terminal.

Some of the staff were quite stern! Others were friendly.
