Hotel du Parc - Centre Ville

It's a good location but the ceiling in my room started to leak during a rainfall. When I went to the front desk they said they knew of the problem, that it happens when it rains and they haven't been able to fix it because of the rain. They moved me to a different room but it shows me they knew there was a problem and put me in that room anyway and were expecting me to complain. It should be noted that I didn't know there was a leak until it dripped on my head. Not a great experience. Worst part of my trip.

Şehrin merkezinde gayet güzel bir hotel. Her yere çok yakın. Konforlu bir ziyaret oldu.

This is a lovely classic hotel with all the original immaculately preserved trimmings of a 1924 era. It is a wonderful place to visit

Our room was booked for 1 king bed but we were given 2 single beds. The solution was to push them together and put a sheet over them. When I asked for the room I had booked and paid for, I was eventually given another room with a king bed, which felt like a very special favour, but no mention that it was half the size. So we changed back, which was fine in the end. We were offered an adjoining room with our daughter's room. This, it turns out, doesn't exist. The young woman at check-in was rude and obviously disdainful of Expedia. Other staff were very warm though. There was no drinking water provided, probably an oversight. The fire alarm went off at around 6am. People came out of their rooms to see what was happening. The internal hallway doors were all closed. No communication or explanation though, which was weird. I went downstairs to the desk to find out and was told it was nothing, just a mistake. The room was actually nice and spacious but also looked tired and the bathroom needs repairs - water damage in the ceiling, the shower leaked water all over the floor etc. I don't think I would come back here again.

Magnifique hôtel resté dans son jus des années 30 ! Rare aujourd’hui !

Mi sono trovata benissimo. Era tutto curato nei dettagli, niente lasciato al caso e gli addobbi di Natale hanno regalato la magia

Sehr gut ich kann nur empfehlen.

Bel hôtel ancien dans son jus, qui merite une bonne rénovation des chambres (surtout des mitigeurs lavabo et douche...) rapport qualité prix élevé avec un petit dejeuner qui ne mérite pas les 21euros.

Det var toppen bra! Vi trivdes utmärkt. Återkommer gärna dit igen.

Vriendelijk personeel, alles ok en badkamer ook goed maar verouderd met ligbad.
