décalage entre le niveau d'excellence annoncé sur le site et la réalité: - pas d'accès au petit jardin intérieur, bouteille de champagne bouchonnée et négociation pour en avoir une autre! Pour ce niveau de prix de chambre, la qualité de service n'y est pas ! le paquet de ships à 4,10 euros pour 120gr est hallucinante !!!

Prettige kamer, op loopafstand van ‘t centrum, prima parkeergarage tegen betaling. Helaas bleek de airconditioning niet zo goed.
Top Lage etwa 8min zu Fuss in die Shoppingmeile. Tiefgarageneinfahrt war grauenhaft, sehr steil. Frühstück war ok, sehr kleine Auswahl. Hotelmitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren klein, aber sauber.
I found the hotel very pleasant but slightly dated in the Entry and hallways. The rooms were a very good size, well appointed and updated.The surrounding area was interesting, a nice area to go for an evening walk and the cafe by the cathedral had an amazing food selection.Hotel staff was excellent. The bad part was 32 degrees C and the Air conditioning did not work, my first room was 27C and the second one only got down to 24 C. breakfast was good and was a serve yourself German style breakfast. Sliced meat, cheese, rolls, croissants,, coffee, juice, cereal and hard boiled eggs, all fresh and tasty.
A éviter. Cet hotel est vieillot au possible.. l’odeur avec ! Le mobilier tres ancien (aussi tres moche) . la clim ds les chambres (mes collègues ont eu le même problème) ne fonctionnait pas. Il faisait tres tres chaud. Oreillers a changer. Proprete a revoir il y avait des poils et cheveux un peu partout (sdb , cheveux ds draps, pouls par terre et ds le lit) . Petit dej a 8h30 c’etait vide !
