Reception non trovava la prenotazione , nessuno ti accoglie per i bagagli , troppo caos alla reception , Rumori dalle 7 di mattina (tra le donne delle pulizie già con l’aspirapolvere e i bambini che correvano nel corridoio e sbattevano contro le porte ) E la scomodità del letto .
