BEWARE: ceiling lights cannot be turned off at night, there will always be a light shining in your eyes. This is a strange hotel, I've never stayed in one like it. We had booked a twin bedroom--it turns out that those rooms all are in the front of the hotel, on the Plaza Mayor, with lots of traffic. It was very noisy all night. An even bigger problem is that for some reason the owners have chosen to install ceiling lights that can be turned on very bright, but when you try to switch them off they just get dimmer, but stay lit all night. There's no way to turn the light off. I asked the staff at the front desk why the hotel would install such lights--maybe I was missing something--they had no idea. We changed rooms, trying to escape the glare, but the new room had the same issue. I guess all the rooms are disadvantaged this way. The breakfast is okay, though mediocre. The location is good (except for the street noise) and the staff are friendly, but I would never book here again because of this very strange and stupid ceiling light issue, and the noise if one is staying on the street side. ADVERTENCIA: Las luces del techo no se pueden apagar por la noche; siempre habrá una luz que te deslumbre. Este es un hotel extraño; nunca me había alojado en uno así. Habíamos reservado una habitación doble, pero resulta que todas esas habitaciones están situadas en la parte delantera del hotel, en la Plaza Mayor, donde hay mucho tráfico. Hubo mucho ruido toda la noche. Un problema aún mayor es que, por alguna razón, los propietarios han decidido instalar luces de techo que se pueden encender con mucha intensidad, pero cuando intentas apagarlas solo se atenúan, aunque permanecen encendidas toda la noche. No hay forma de apagar la luz. Le pregunté al personal de recepción por qué el hotel había instalado esas luces —quizás se me escapaba algo—, pero no tenían ni idea. Cambiamos de habitación, intentando escapar del resplandor, pero la nueva habitación tenía el mismo problema. Supongo que todas las habitaciones adolecen de este problema. El desayuno está bien, aunque es mediocre. La ubicación es buena (excepto por el ruido de la calle) y el personal es amable, pero nunca volvería a reservar aquí debido a este problema tan extraño y estúpido con las luces del techo, y al ruido si te alojas en el lado que da a la calle.

La ubicación es perfecta.

Los cuartos y baños son algo chicos, sin embargo las camas y todos los servicios del cuarto son de alta calidad.

El desayuno

No tenía ventanas antiruido, me quedó en la 319 se escuchaba todo, el ascensor se malograba a cada rato, el control remoto no funcionada bien, lo tuvieron que cambiar, el aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba bien, no se podía modificar desde el control.

El trato del personal muy amables

Que entre mucha gente q no está hospedada

La ubicación y el servicio.

El desayuno muy sencillo.
