Fenetre restaurant qui prennent l'eau , Mauvaises odeures dans les couloirs , Mention " Bar 24h/24h " affiché partout mais a 23h , bar fermé . Quartier morose avec tous les restaurants et commerces alentours fermés même le vendredi soir ( celui de l'hotel également ) , Affaires personels retrouvés trempés dans la salle de bain apres passage des femmes de ménage ... Pour le même prix , de nombreux hotels sur le même secteur propose de biens meilleurs services ..
호텔스닷컴 어플로 당일 예약하고, 저녁에 체크인했는데 예약 확인이 되지 않아 어려움이 있었습니다. 예약번호로도 확인이 되지 않는다고 하였구요. 한시간 넘게 기다리고 실랑이 한 끝에 결국 호텔 직원들이 호텔스닷컴과 연락이 닿아 확인이 된건지 체크인이 가능하다고는 했지만, 제가 예약한 방과는 다른 컨디션의 룸으로 받았습니다. 더블베드2개가 아니고, 더블베드1과 쇼파베드1. 호텔측의 사과도 없었고, 앞으로는 이비스 호텔 홈페이지에서 직접 예약했으면 좋겠다는 말과 함께요. 호텔스닷컴 어플 예약이 굉장히 편안한 시스템이라고 생각했는데, 이번에 많이 실망스러웠습니다. 굉장히 중요한 약속에도 늦게 되고, 룸변경에 대한 마이너스 차지도 호텔스닷컴의 추가 언급이 있어야 하지 않을까요. 호텔이 낭떼흐 지역에 위치한 것만 빼면, 가성비 나쁘진 않습니다. 중국인 관광객이 단체로 머물고 있는다는 점도 참고하시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 조식 먹는 시간에 직원들이 거의 기계적으로 동양인들은 그룹 스페이스로 가라고 하더라고요. 조식 메뉴도 제한적이고, 공간도 좁은데 확인도 않고 아침부터 그룹으로 안내하는 것도 유쾌하지 않았습니다.
Pretty Good Hotel, Standard Ibis. Comfy, Good Shower, Comfy bed. Only downside was that room was a bit small and you had to keep going to reception to get an iron when we were top floor (room 502). RER line A Nanderre le prefecture is only about a 10/15 minute walk if you cut through a park and is easy to get into Central Paris from there. Overall stay 7/10
If your destination is near and the price is what you're after then it's adequate. Good underground parking. Good access to La Defense area. Staff ok. Restaurant and bar ok. Breakfast ok. Rest of hotel outdated. Rooms are small. Decor poor. Generally clean but rooms allow smoking so confirming a no smoking room could be a must.
Me and my partner recently visited this hotel for the weekend as we were going to go to Disneyland. It turns out firstly that there are two IBIS hotels in La Defence and after a brief visit to the other IBIS in La Defence (which I thought I originally booked) they advised me that I was in Nanterre's IBIS. A word of advice would be to book the IBIS near The Grand Arch as it is a lot closer to the Metro and you get views of the Eiffel Tower and the Arch De Triomphe. Anyway back to Nanterre's IBIS, the hotel staff seem to be quite abrupt seem to not really care about your existence. The restaurant in the hotel also seems to disapprove of anyone visiting as they throw out uncooked food with rude waiters. According to their chefs, "Well Done" cooked burgers appear beyond pink on the inside. DO NOT EAT HERE! Even their map was beyond a joke, we had to laugh at the fact that their maps do not even include where their hotel is. You may be required to find the Metro yourself which is a 20 minute walk down various streets.
