Remise des clés 2h30 aprés l'heure indiquer. Pas de restauration le week end (sauf le ptit dej) pas indiquer a la réservation. Salle de bain dangereuse (douche tres glissante) Personnel hautain et peu commercial.
accueil excellent ,parking à l 'hôtel, confort , plan du parcours pour se rendre à la défense aréna offert spontanément. aux petits soins pour nous ( questions sur nos désirs , nos impressions du concert , etc) petit déjeuner buffet bien garni en permanence .
Parfait bien placé pour les spectacles à L'Aréna quartier calme.

Only 1 iron for the whole hotel, if a guest already has it then forget about ironing your clothes for the week, so bare this in mind. Staff are friendly, breakast and dinner pretty decent.

Le petit-déjeuner n'etait pas bon. Nous n'avions pas pris de petit-déjeuner le 2eme jour tellement nous étions déçus par l'offre lors du 1er petit-dejeuner.
Overall a satisfactory stay. A few things that will be useful to know for fellow business travellers: Cons: - There seems to be only a limited number of irons and ironing boards and not every room has one, so make sure you get in early if you think you have any ironing. I was late to the party and could only get an iron the day after. Pros: - Nice breakfast - Close to some businesses - Friendly staff - Good wifi
