Average hotel, good location for ReR and Disneyland/Paris centre.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, offered us advise on where to eat as we had no idea. Room could of been cleaner as there was still hair on the floor and dust in areas. Couldn’t really hear any of the neighbours which was good too.

The staff were not always the most helpful, they wouldn't let us check in early and it took me half an hour at an empty bar to get two pepsis.

Unfortunately the area the hotel was in was very run down and rough. There were rats running around near the shopping centre and rubbish laying around waiting to be collected. The staff were amazing and friendly and the hotel itself was very clean. Although not many people spoke English and I had emailed to let them know my son had a gluten allergy and they assured me there would be food for him. On the first evening the man said there wasn't although I think maybe he didn't understand then breakfast was very difficult the first day to get him some bread. Once the language barrier was broken down the lu knew us and were very helpful every meal time. Our room was tiny but I expected this. Excellent if going to Disney as one RER straight there although Paris was a few trains as a line was down all the time we were there.

Tiny room size, there is no space to keep the suitcases & to keep our footwear, can't open the window at all, the furniture was damaged where we can keep laptop or tablet, plus there is no bath towel, no soap to wash hands, no refrigerator, no Kettle to warm the water to make coffee, the linens were really dirty and was teared because of burnt of cigarette, these are the basic needs of the hotel, which all the hotels provide, but they do not provide at all, they do not provide the cribs for infants at all as this is not the part of their services. There was flies flying around the room and smell of dirt. plus they do not provide any bath towels or any soap to wash hands at all. Plus the Air condition was not working in the entire hotel, my 1 year old baby and 7 years old child could not sleep whole night, screaming and crying due to hot and flies in the room, me and my wife were just calming down the kids for the entire night because of terrific hot in the room. I went downstairs at the reception 4-5 times to request the receptionist in-charge to come and have a look to the room, but he never came to the room and started showing the attitude and refused to help and come to have a look in the room whether the air condition is working or not. I said i am a customer and i have paid for the room and you must help me by coming in to the room and have a look in the room that how terrific hot it is in the room. He became so aggressive, rude and angry. Absolute crap & time waste.

Was lacking basic amenities.

Not yet stayed, moved booking to April and due to stay then.

. nice & easy to check in & out.. Daughters key would not work but was quickly dealt with. no problems with anything about hotel

The stay was good, nice staff, clean rooms. Hotel is bit of a walk (15 mins) from train station, specially in the night if you are coming back late from Disney land from safety point of view. Prefer a taxi.
