J'ai fait un réservation et payé pour 5 chambres pour 2 nuitées chacune. Deux de mes amis n'ont pas pu arriver et n'ont consommé qu'une seule nuitée. Mais les réceptionnistes de l'hôtel n'ont pas daigné me rembourser. Ceci est bien dommage, car je suis régulier dans la zone et souhaitait me fidéliser à cet hôtel que j'ai par-dessus tout aimé. Merci

Prenotazione persa con un'ora persa al telefono tra Expedia e l'hotel che non aveva idea di chi fossi. Check-in complicato (poco inglese al banco). Avevo la mezza pensione e mi hanno dato due buoni pasto da 18 euro per il ristorante lì all'hotel con i quali a fatica riesci a prendere un piatto. Arriviamo in camera e mancano completamente gli asciugamani, eravamo in 3 e c'erano solo 2 teli doccia. Essendo le 22 non c'era nessuno in grado di fornirci
