La gentillesse du personnel, la décoration qui change des hôtels aseptisés, la qualité de la restauration, les prestations en général

Le fait que la température des chambres ne soient pas réglables par les clients. Semaine d'avril exceptionnellement chaude mais seulement du chauffage pas de climatisation fraiche. Température de la chambre à 24/25°C trop élevée pour ma part, pour dormir correctement. Même si on m'a proposé un ventilateur.
