Ma chambre était juste correcte , pas de plateaux de courtoisie comme cela se fait ailleurs. Une baguette du bureau était décollé la fenêtre ancienne aurais besoin d'être changé LA CLIMATISATION NE MARCHE PAS

El hotel está en buena locación, con supermercado justo enfrente y parada de metro cerca, en 25-30 min estáis en el centro. Si venís con el coche, se puede aparcar gratis en toda la calle enfrente del hotel. La zona es bastante tranquila y silenciosa por las noches. La habitación es pequeña pero limpia. Mueble nuevo, cama grande. Sin embargo, en los 3 días que estuvimos, nadie entró en nuestra habitación ni para sacar la papelera ni para cambiar toallas aunque hemos dejado en la puerta el cartel de hacer limpieza por favor. Tal vez son las nuevas medidas Covid... El lavabo es algo pequeño, uno casi está tocando la pared con la cabeza al sentarse... Lo que destaca en este hotel es el personal de la recepción, todos muy amables y hablan bien inglés. Queremos agradecer especialmente al chico de la recepción que me ha salvado la vida literalmente. Tuve una cólica renal y me ha ayudado llamar a la ambulancia se ha portado muy bien con nosotros. Muchas gracias!

I have been many times to Paris, and have stayed in the Gennevilliers area twice before, but the Ibis Paris Gennevilliers is much superior than other comparable budget hotels in the area. It is located conveniently close to a metro station, so it gives good connection to the Paris centre ville. A big Carrefour supermarket is just in front, making things quite convenient. At the hotel, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was small, as expected, but comfortable. The breakfast was a bit on the low side, but it was still alright. Overall, the quality-price ratio was very good. I would stay here again.

Ubicación no céntrica, pero cerca de un metro. Habitación limpia. Personal no muy amable, con excepción de la dama. El chico de la noche no daba ni información, ni solución, poco amable en su hablar.

jai pas apprecier que la dame de menage rentre dans la chambre comme ci cete chez elle. respect des clients et jai crier et la moquette dans la chambre pas top. metrre du lino ou autre choses et non la moquette.

I like this hotel is was not in the city Paris but it very close to a metro station. It was a quiet neighborhood. Is has 2 supermarkets close by and some restaurants too. The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were very cleans and confortable. The air condition was not cooling very much though. overall was great
