Qu'il n'y ait pas de restaurant. Au lieu je vous suggère d'offrir un coupon rabais d'un restaurant à dejeuner à proximité.

Connexion internet minable. Propreté minable. J'ai trouvé un diachylon usagé dans mes draps lors de ma deuxième nuit. Dégueulasse!! Mégot de cigarette dans l'Ascenseur, sans parler de l'odeur Carte magnétique non fonctionnelle. J'ai dérangé le commis au desk. AUCUN sourire, AUCUN excuse Bref, c'est de la marde et je n'y retournerai plus jamais Sans parlé qu'on dirait que cet hôtel est resté coincé dans les années 80

Didn’t have a reservation for me and had to pay almost $400 for the only other room (Buisness suite, but it was nohing special)

I stayed here for a few weeks. It is old and outdated but not broken. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant and I was greeted every time I went through the lobby even really early in the morning. There is a boxed breakfast, I did not eat it as I don’t breakfast anyways. The coffee in the room was good. The lady who cleaned my room was super nice, she even left me notes to have a nice weekend, as I was far from home this was a very nice touch. The key cards disactivated often and that was annoying. The elevator smelled like fish, the whole time I was there, I’m not sure why but I’m assuming there is a story there. I used the washing machines and they were clean and worked well. It is an older hotel and could definitely use some system updates, the decor is old and almost back in style. I could hear people next to me but nothing extreme.

La chambre, les lits, la literie et les serviettes étaient parfait. Au deuxième étage ont où nous étions situés c'était tranquille. Les contres; il n'y a pas de restaurant, le déjeuner continental est de piètre qualité et le bâtiment dans son ensemble est totalement désuet. On se croirais dans les années 1980.Pour ces raisons, il n'est pas certain que nous y retournerons à notre prochaine visite à Sept-Iles.
