Un po' fuori mano. Un piccolo contrattempo con l'impianto di condizionamento.

Hotel up to the standard of modern city hotels. Polite staff, spacious modern clean rooms. Good bed and linen. Good wifi and air conditioning. Sound proofed rooms with good blackout curtains. Free hotel parking! Great value for money. Couldn’t ask for more. About 15-20min walk from the city center. Absolutely recommend from me.

The AC did not work on the first night

Close to the bus stop. The young men on the evening shift were friendly.

The wall switches are obsolete, and some do not work. The entire place is in disarray. The advertised building picture is AI-generated. The building is old and nothing to write home about. The vending machine is bad.

I arrived as early as 1 am in the morning, I pleaded with the receptionist to allow me to wait at the reception but he proudly refused even when I showed him all my booking document and Identity cards. I was left outside the building from 1am on the 19th to 11am. secondly, the air-condition in my room was not working well, I even complain about it, and nothing serious was done about it. The treatment and hospitality was not pleasant at all to me.

I like the structure, the building and the cleaning. The cleaners are good staffs and understanding.

The location was very central and many restaurants are close by.

Some staff members at reception tend to be very rude when they are under pressure, which is not professional. I would advise them to be calm and stain more training for customer services.
