I enjoyed the stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly- hotel clean.

Unfortunately I left an item of clothing in my room when I left. I only realised at customs when I had to unpack my luggage. I phoned the hotel this morning and they said the item of clothing was not in my room. I will not be booking this or any other novotel again.
