"Very Good"

Room 216 Washroom needs renovation, shower looks moldy on ceiling. Taps needs replacing. Front door doesn't close, need to pull to open push to close.

"We could not sleep with noisy neighbours for 4 nights."

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub

The room next to us had people coming and going at all times of the night for the 4 nights we stayed. Headlights were shon straight into our room many times a night. The beds sheets slipped off constantly. The floor felt sticky.

Everything was excellent. The breakfast staff were amazing in how diligent and impressive they were. They are the interactive face of the establishment and should be acknowledged and commended for how well they seamlessly made the breakfast run smoothly.

"Overall had a good time and my grandkids already want to go back just for the pool."

My grandkids loved the breakfast especially the waffle maker. We also made great use of the pool and was extremely satisfied with the pool area.

Some of the carpets weren’t in the best shape and the toilet ran off and on.

The breakfast is excellent! The room was comfortable and clean.

There needs to be more attention paid or more staff on duty in the mornings when it’s very busy with young families keeping the breakfast tables wiped off and clean.
