Service van het personeel. Ik ben 2 uur bezig geweest om een probleem met de airco (centraal systeem) opgelost te krijgen door uiteindelijk naar een andere kamer te verhuizen. Niemand toonde enige medewerking tot uiteindelijk de receptioniste!
