A very warm welcome at the reception. Quick check-in. A complimentary upgrade. Nice view from the balcony.

There was a smell when we entered the room, it passed when we opened the balcony doors. Maybe air freshener which i'm not accustomed to. Nothing else.

La habitación era muy cómoda y no puede ser más céntrico. El desayuno muy bueno. La limpieza impecable. El resto de personal también. La fuente de agua del pasillo, un lujo. Cogimos agua con gas a placer.

No nos gustó que el inodoro estuviera separado del resto del aseo. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

located right in the old city, great place, near lots of restaurants

I needed a place without stairs, and the only way into the hotel from the parking lots was UP 13 old stone steps from the parking garage!!

"Très bon hôtel pour un séjour calme en famille en plein coeur d'Avignon."

Accueil très sympathique. La chambre est très calme et confortable, elle répondait à tous nos critères avec un enfant en bas âge (baignoire, lit parapluie installé notamment). La localisation en plein centre d'Avignon est top aussi avec possibilité de se garer au parking du palais des papes à quelques pas.

Petit déjeuner qui pourrait gagner en qualité, et pas de repas / room service proposé.

Au petit déjeuner qu’on me demande le No de ma chambre à moi seule alors que d’autres personnes arrivées en même temps n’ont pas été questionnées.
