L'hôtel est proche du Palais des Papes mais ils le sont quasiment tous, le centre historique n'est pas très étendu. Le petit déjeuner est bon.

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas 4 étoiles, la porte d'entrée ne fonctionne pas, l'ascenseur unique pour 6 étages est sale. La chambre petite, la literie déplorable, les oreillers particulièrement. Passons sur la mauvaise qualité des sanitaires. Il n'y a aucun produit dans la salle de bains à part ce savon qui fait shampooing en même temps. Les serviettes éponge ont bien vécu. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas, on meurt de chaud alors qu'il ne fait que 24° dehors. La salle du petit déjeuner est tordue, à niveaux, inaccessible aux handicapés. Et pour finir le bruit des camions de livraison, le matin.

Der Frühstücksraum war sehr schön und das Frühstück reichlich und gut.

Leider war am zweiten Tag meines Aufenthaltes eine sehr große asiatische Reisegruppe schon vor 7 Uhr im Frühstücksraum. Sehr laut und sehr präsent auch beim Buffet. Vielleicht könnte man der Reiseleitung dieser Gruppen sagen, dass das für die anderen Hotelgäste nicht angenehm ist. Auch beim Buffet gab es manche Speisen einfach nicht, da diese Gruppe alles verzehrt hat. Das Personal kam nicht nach. Das Personal war aber sehr aufmerksam.
