"Good for location to metro, other than that it felt first and not satisfied with my stay"

The location was good but other than that not really ideal.

The property was dark, dirty and had broken things in it. Our sofa had a big tear, there was dead bugs along the ceiling and when i tried to inform them booking.com said they can’t come to an agreement with the host (I understood from that that they don’t care) I asked for a second key and the guy said yeah ok that’s 15€ “cash” he obviously saw on my face that I wasn’t impressed and then said “I’m joking”

Jeudi 28 mai 2026 vers 20 h, nous avons vécu une très mauvaise expérience au restaurant de l’hôtel. Un membre du personnel en salle, un homme d’environ 60 ans, nous a servis à table, mes deux enfants (5 et 7 ans) et moi. À un moment, ayant un coup de fatigue lié à ma chimiothérapie, j’ai retiré mes chaussures et surélevé mes pieds sur la chaise en face afin d’éviter un malaise. Le serveur m’a alors interpellée sur un ton particulièrement désagréable en me disant mot pour mot : « Les pieds, chaussures ! », comme si l’on grondait un enfant. Je lui ai répondu qu’il n’avait pas à me parler sur ce ton et je lui ai expliqué que je suivais actuellement une chimiothérapie et que j’avais simplement besoin de surélever mes jambes quelques instants. Malgré cela, il a continué en répétant : « C’est interdit ici. » Je n’ai pas souhaité poursuivre la discussion par respect pour mes enfants, qui étaient présents. Je lui ai simplement fait remarquer qu’il existe des façons plus respectueuses de s’adresser aux clients. Nous étions pratiquement seuls dans la salle, avec seulement un autre client. J’ai d’ailleurs compris par la suite pourquoi le restaurant de l’hôtel était quasiment vide à cette heure-là. Concernant les plats, nous avons commandé une salade César ainsi que deux menus burger à 20 € chacun. Malheureusement, la qualité n’était pas au rendez-vous et les burgers n’étaient pas bons. Une expérience décevante, tant pour l’accueil que pour la restauration.
