"Overnight reset!"

Everything! The decor, the layout of the room. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, so much to choose from. And all staff were pleasant, greeted you as you walked around the hotel. ALL staff!

We arrived late from our flight and were welcomed by Derek. I’ve regularly stay in hotels across the world but I have to say that Derek is one of the best staff members I’ve met and is a credit to the industry. Welcoming, friendly, helpful and could not have made our stay any more pleasant. The entire staff were excellent and very attentive.
