Inn on Prince Hotel & Conference Centre, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The had my credit card on file but asked for my card in check in. I gave and they processed along with a deposit. Upon check out they said transaction as cancelled and needed to process again. System accepted card showed 0 balance but they could not give me print out till later. Breakfast not good. All in all would not recommend

All the staff were very friendly and service was great. Great prices on drinks and the mussels with Thai sauce were very good! Also the patio is lovely for catching some afternoon sun. Unfortunately, my room had old loose carpet and was very dusty smelling. I was satisfied with the bathroom and the bed. I would return here if/when carpet in rooms is replaced.

The staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. To describe this hotel as modern is misleading. The two rooms I was in and all of the hallways have very worn dusty outdated carpets. The light brown furniture in the pictures is not what I saw, furniture was very dark and dusty. Bathrooms are tiny with low outdated toilets. Windows open for fresh air but they are very dirty and there’s a lot of debris and dust between them. Everything is closed by 9:00pm. If you would like a drink you’ll have to go early. Breakfast was ok with the waffles being my favourite. I didn’t swim but the pool and gym looked well kept. All of the staff were extremely friendly, I read in room check in time was four and check out was noon but I think the website it 3:00 and 11:00.

The continental breakfast was excellent - probably the best my husband and I have enjoyed since before Covid days.

Very impressed! The staff from check in to check out were amazing. My room was impeccable, comfortable and very clean. I appreciated the quietness of the room and hallway. The public areas are well set up and the bistro is incredible! Be patient with the elevators but the stairs are easy to find. Amazing value for your money, especially with free breakfast every morning. Great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Staff were very pleasant.

Breakfast was not great at all. The room we were given over looked a flat roof with lots of noise and there were no other rooms available apparently.
