The bed was comfy

Firstly, our jetted tub didn’t work. Turns out a breaker blows for some odd reason and has to be reset so that was annoying. The next morning we were awoken very early to a pretty serious domestic dispute next door to us. Banging, screaming, yelling, crying. The whole nine yards. We called the front desk and they sent someone up. It didn’t stop the fight. It got worse. We ended up having to call the police ourselves, something the hotel should have done. Police arrived and the perpetrator was gone. The woman was too scared to identify him. This dispute combined with police and just being generally afraid to leave our room almost saw us miss breakfast. We didn’t get an apology for this or anything. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault that an abusive POS decided to beat the woman to an inch of her life but at the same time, nothing was done on their end to remove the patron(s) or even call the police. We were awoken by a very traumatic experience that can be heard through the walls and nothing was done. We were the ones having to deal with the police. Not a great end to our stay. Also, there are ants next to the bed, and in the bathroom and jetted tub. Not sure we’d stay here again.

Beds were comfy. Room was specious. Hot tub was good. Food was good too

The rooms are a bit outdated

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room faced the highway but you wouldn’t know it because it was so quiet. We would definitely stay there again

I like to take a bath rather than a shower and since all the soaps were attached to the wall at shower height, I didn’t have any soap within reach
