The smell in hallways, bedroom, bathroom. Smelled really bad

I stayed for 10 days and had an excellent stay. Z was very helpful and she helped me get my account linked to receive my points.

Very good experience overall!

The hotel was located in a very quiet area, just a short distance from Hwy 400. The staff (housekeeping and front desk) were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast included amazing and delicious biscuits, as well as fruits, meats, potatoes, eggs, waffles, and more. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious.

My only complaint were the linens in our bathroom and the hair left behind by previous guests. Imagine realizing you have just washed your face with a wash cloth that is badly stained, The next wash cloth that I chose had dark black spots (gummy in substance) all over it. The wash clothes were so thin, stained, and unsightly that they should have been disposed of long ago by the hotel. For me, this is a real put-off and a serious negative. I also find people choosing to wear their pajamas in the breakfast area and other public spaces ridiculous and rude; however, I do not fault the hotel for this. But, I also believe that because it is becoming the norm, it is the responsibility of American hotels to make rules to put a stop to this.
