La qualité de leur service client. Ils sont à l'écoute pour faire en sorte que votre séjour se passe le mieux possible. Quand on voyage souvent ce sont ces petits détails qui font la différence. Évidemment la chambre était impeccable et le restaurant délicieux mais surtout les équipes ont été très attentive à mon confort.
