Tout était parfait côté installation. Esthétique. Déjeuner. Le rapport qualité-prix est très bien.

Ce qui a grandement diminué la satisfaction de mon expérience est le bruit des gens dans les chambres autour. J'ai eu du mal à dormir.

Lots of free parking Staff were lovely Free shuttle bus to the airport (clean and punctual) Great breakfast - plenty of choice including fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals and nuts. Room was clean, plenty of towels and toiletries plus 2 extra pillows 😁. Had a bath with over head shower. Beds were comfortable and the garden view was lovely. The hotel is light and fresh, very clean and very close to the airport. Trams from/to the airport run from just out side of the hotel and are regular. I walked from the airport in less than 10 minutes - it's a straight forward route and has a footpath all the way.

Very little. A kettle in the room would be a nice bonus

Le professionnalisme du personnel.

L'organisation : un grand groupe a été reçu et devait déjeuner à l'hôtel, j’airais apprécié que les clients déjà présents soient informés que le petit déjeuner allait prendre fin plus tôt pour leur permettre de faire une bonne mise en place pour le déjeuner du grand groupe. Il avait débarrassé alors qu’il restait des clients qui n'étaient pas encore descendu ce samedi matin.
