En general todo bien, parecería que las instalaciones requerirían algo de mantenimiento, pero eso no afectó a nuestra estancia.

Our room was sweltering and unacceptable. We assumed the AC had broken down, so we flagged it to reception. Their response was laughable: there is no air-conditioning in the building at all, even though http://Booking.com clearly advertised it. For an Accor property to blatantly misrepresent basic amenities is dishonest and predatory. The room was also stripped bare. No dental kit, no toiletries. When we asked, they had the gall to charge €4 for a basic hygiene item. A kettle wasn’t even an option. This isn’t hospitality, it’s nickel-and-diming guests while cutting corners on essentials. The listing is false, the standards are rock bottom, and the experience feels like a budget hostel masquerading as an international chain.

Problème de clim....une chaleur horrible dans la chambre.....à 2 heures du matin ils ont pzs voulu me changer de chambre car j'avais ouvert le lit...
