This hotel was newly renovated in March 2020. Please note that guests are required to show the credit card the booking was made with, or an authorization form signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not traveling along. Otherwise the payment will not be accepted. Please note this is a nonsmoking hotel. Please note that guests staying with children are requested to inform Ibis Gent Centrum Opera of the number of children and their age. Guests can do so by using the Special Requests box. Please note that there is a circulation plan in Gent. Guests can come to the hotel through the ‘Kortrijksepoortstraat’. Guests have 2 options: 1) You can park your car in the hotel parking lot (upon availability). 2) You park your car in the public parking ‘Savaanstraat’ (1st road to the right after the hotel) It is no longer possible to drive through the main city center by car. Guests can find more information on the following link on the stad gent website. Warning: If guests enter the pedestrian zone by car, it is possible that they will receive a fine from the center of Gent.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
