Sie Park Situation ist sehr kompliziert aber man kann für 9€ die Nacht ein Parkplatz dazu buchen

Although my booking was for superior double room, receptionist assigned me room for reduced mobility (without even asking my consent). The given room was different from what I have booked, also did not have any beverages or possibility to prepare it. After making the remark, I was given water boiler, but no tea bags (receptionist stated superior room does not have tea bags either). Next day, after returning to hotel, the room doors did not work - at the reception I was told that my room has been changed to superior (PS. it did have tea bags!). Clear communication is the key and there is a room for improvement! Hotel also does not provide iron.
