Outstanding in every way - including some surprises! (1) Convenient location to downtown area of restaurants & shops good parking on hotel grounds. (2) Young man greeting us at reception @ 3 pm 6/21/2025 was very friendly, explained facilities well (3) 2nd floor room was very quiet: king bed was really comfy, bedding, size of room, big TV, nice WC, in room pod coffee maker, microwave & mini frig handy! (4) Went for Happy Hour at the steakhouse. Reg menu a bit pricey but HH was excellent. We got two $17 HH filet mignon cheeseburgers (wow!) came with skinny fries (bit salty) and we got a couple $6 HH beers. Reception gave us a $15 credit for an appie as a promo for their HH Adam (charming Scotsman) in the resto recommended the standard menu $19 (-$15 credit) wedge salad: blue cheese dressing & bacon - enough to share and the best wedge I've had. Our waitress was also lovely (missed her name). Really nice restaurant, outstanding food & great staff. (5) BONUS: they have a large W/D in their gym: free for hotel guests to use! All in all a great choice for Trail!

Helpful staff, good location, parking, comfy bed and easy check in. The dinner at the attached dining room was excellent with great service.

No real issues. We were satisfied with the hotel and amenities.

"Re: the attached Columbia Steak House"

Absolutely the best. My wife ordered the filet mignon steak, done and presented to perfection as shown in the picture. I had the double burger with a little extra mayo and bbq sauce for maximum juiciness….wow, best I’ve had in years. I came close to ordering a second one, but my wife said no. Topped it off with super rich chocolate cake instead, the picture says it all. Excellent service by Nicole in this very clean, up scale establishment. Almost worth the road trip just to eat there again!

Beautiful 3rd floor room We ate at the Steakhouse inside the hotel Pricey but it was our 49th wedding anniversary ♡ No free breakfast available. Signature breakfasts $$. Right on 3B. Easy to find. Hot tub on 2nd floor. Exercise equipment in basement.
