The staff was courteous and kind. The roms were clean beds were very comfortable, a very nice place to stay

There wasn't anything I didn't like

upgraded to meet handicapped needs. Roomy, staff accomadated needs breakfast minimal Clean

dated - off the main highway.

We did not eat breakfast there, it was picked because of where it was located on our trip.the room was very big and spacious. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Floors were not real clean, our deadbolt would not work on our door, there was only warm water not hot, in the room where the fridge and microwave was there was an area that opened to the area under the building and it was an ugly area and seemed vunerable to our room. The property had a lot of debris behind the building but in site from our room.

Smelly

The location right off the interstate was nice as was being able to book a 2 room suite for the 4adults traveling together.

There were not enough light bulbs in the lamps in the rooms, and even the bathroom had 2 less lightbulbs than needed. Two of the pillows in one of the bedrooms did not have pillowcases. When we arrived there was no one at the desk to check us in. The same was true when we checked out the next morning. They were outside having cigarettes! The breakfast offered in the breakfast room left a lot to be desired. They had coffee and available hot water, but no tea bags. I went to the front desk to ask. They had none! Not everyone drinks coffee. I have celiac disease and need gluten free. All that was available to me were tiny yogurts and apples. The kicker, though, was having no one at the check-in desk to check me out. When my friends pulled up outside to pick me up, the front desk staff were out having cigarettes and talking. I would never stay here again!

Large suite plenty of room. Good value.

Breakfast was very limited. The hotel charged me as well as booking. Com. I am waiting on a refund but have not received it yet.

I called a day in advance asking to delay my stay by one night. They told me booking.com had to request the change. I received an email that the hotel didn't respond and they charged me for the room anyway. I asked to stay the night I'd be in town and they quoted an even higher rate. The lady I talked to hung up on me while I was talking to her.

The staff. I would not stay at this hotel if they paid me.

Large, clean room

Just a bit dated, but fine, still excellent value

The only positive aspect of our stay was that we were able to book the room at a discounted rate, and the location was convenient for our one-night trip.

We were very disappointed with our stay at the Days Inn in Sikeston, Missouri. There was trash in several areas both inside and outside of the property, which gave the hotel an unclean appearance. The hallway where our room was located had a strong odor of dog urine. When we arrived, our room appeared to have only been partially cleaned, and there was hair in the bathtub, which was very unsanitary. Because we were uncomfortable with the condition of the room, we went out and purchased a few cleaning supplies so that we could clean the room ourselves. There were also long wait times when we needed assistance at the front desk. The employee appeared to be distracted by personal matters, even though she was nearby, which made it difficult to get prompt service. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. The options were extremely limited and consisted mainly of waffles, toast, bread, cereal, older fruit, coffee, juice, and milk. There were very few choices for guests with dietary restrictions or who are unable to eat those items. The only positive aspect of our stay was that we received the room at a discounted rate; however, even at the reduced price, we did not feel the stay was worth the cost. We considered canceling the reservation after seeing the condition of the property, but since it was only for one night and we did not want to lose our money, we decided to stay.
