nice assistance on the phone, big room, cleanliness, central location

1) driveway to UG garage has a steep curve where wheels are skidding: danger of collision with the wall. My partner had to get off the car and push the car ! 2) breakfast room is too cold

L’entrée du parking de l’hôtel est très étroite Nous avons un SUV et nous avons eu très peur de rester coincé dans le tournant en descendant ( 20 min ) et en remontant également (on a mis 30 min pour remonter) Il est préférable de se garer au parking de la ville

Nice location to ccess to the town. Terrible if you want to sleep. Revellers all night and early hours.

It is an extremely noisy hotel. The wooden bedroom floors echo every sound like clip clopping shoes !! I asked to be moved from my original room to a supposedly quieter one. OK I didn’t get street noise but was above a busy part of the hotel which included moving furniture and actual hammering an item of repair. This went on for hours. My neighbour came in at 3am (heard every sound) and left at 5.30am - again heard everything. Needless to say, I had no sleep at all!
