Receptionist was very rude and not welcoming. Maybe we shouldn’t have disturbed her having her cigarette. She walked in, ‘Hi what’s up?’ Me- Hi, I’d like to check in. Receptionist- ‘I don’t have any bookings, all my bookings have checked in’ At this time I went onto my email to check dates ect. Receptionist- ‘ oh wait, I do have one more- I’m so confused today. Sorry’ then continued with blunt and rude service. Hôtel is run down and needs some refurb

"Neosho Super 8"

Good place to stay and comfortable for the most part. Although the sheets that we had we found blood on and that was not the most comfortable or cleanliness thing to find. Overall a good stay, everyone that helped me was amazing and nice.

"Fix The A/C"

The hotel itself was fine. The employees were very good. The problem was in the room. When the air conditioner comes on, it sounded like a semi truck starting up inside the room. I woke up every time the a/c turned on
