Easy to locate, great location close to towns and attractions, close to woodland walks and duck outside. The staff were all, without exception warm, welcoming, professional and helpful. Breakfast food was varied, good food and my gluten and dairy intolerance was catered for fully, without any issues. Highly recommend and will be back

Friendly welcome from all staff. Room and linen clean, food excellent

Continuous loud noise coming from bathroom extractor, could not sleep at all. When I mentioned it to reception in the morning, they said we could have rung them in the middle of the night and changed rooms, but that would mean getting up, dressed, packed and then change rooms, unpack and get ready for bed again, who really wants to do that in middle of the night. Housekeeping should have reported this. Everything was good except for lack of sleep

Good location for access into Peterborough. Good quality room for the price. More than adequate parking. Good food in the restaurant in the evening and breakfast was very good.
