Quality Inn Draper near Salt Lake City

This hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, everything is very good about this location other than a very rude Receptionist I stayed in this hotel perhaps a year ago and the same asian Receptionist was extremely rude. I thought that things would have changed in a year however, this time it was even worse. She would not care to answer a simple question in a decent and polite manner. I’m not sure whether her attitude is the same with everyone or she picks on particular group of people as I didn’t see anyone else having any major issues. I have been staying in Wyndham Draper in the same location repeatedly the last one year without having any issues with anyone. The receptionist are really kind and polite. The hotel quality Inn is much better than Wyndham Draper and it’s very sad that due to only one issue, I have to go through all this.

First room we were given was dirty looked uncleaned from previous guest. Pillows too soft, over all place was gross. Breakfast cold and undercooked.

The location was great for kid-based attractions.

It was dirty. Stains all over the sheets, cover, carpet, vanity stool. Hard water buildup on counters. The walls were so brown from dirty hands in large areas. The tub had the nastiest brown oozing grout.

The price never changed going up no matter weekend or weekday room key kept disconnecting

The location and loved how everyone kept to themselves but were very nice and respectful. Property seemed a little more old than I was expecting. But was still pretty good anyway

Price. Location. Comfortable.

Strangest shower set up I've seen. Hand held shower head that's designed to slide up and down a crome bar but you couldn't tightened it in place. Someone over thought this weird design.
