L'emplacement, en plein centre de Madrid à quelque pas de puerta del sol, gran via et tous commerces comme corte ingles. Le personnel est au petit et à l'écoute et la chambre est confortable.

La ubicación es excelente lo mismo que el personal. Muy bueno el desayuno. El baño amplio y cómodo

Me alojé en 2022 en una habitación "económica" al igual que en este viaje. En la calificación anterior critiqué que la cama estaba apoyada a una de las paredes por lo que el acceso era incómodo. Está vez encontré la habitación remodelada con buen gusto y poco criterio. La cama no está contra la pared debido a que se sacrificó un generoso guardarropa, lamentablemente no se previó espacio para tal fin, solo un estante ubicado a una altura de 1,90 metros prácticamente inaccesible. Debajo de ese estante, hay un barral para colgar ropa. El detalle es que las mangas de tu abrigo quedan sobre el hervidor de agua, tasas y elementos para preparar un café o un té. ¿En qué pensabas diseñador?. Si hubieses sacrificado un pequeño espacio al amplio baño para dar lugar a un pequeño guardarropa, la habitación no tendría crítica. Está opinión no pretende desmerecer sino aportar.

Wonderfull room and staff! Cleaning every day, superb breakfast. On the last morning they offered to keep our luggage, we didn't even have to ask! My daugther had a birthday, they surprised her a candle and a greetings.
