The room was lovely and clean with beautiful views from the balcony. Nice to have a big room with places for cases. Location is ideal I could walk to everything and the metro was just across the street. Staff were welcoming upon arrival. Would stay here again in Madrid as it’s a nice hotel but not crazy expensive.

The walls are very thin I could hear everything my neighbours said and did. It is useful having lockers to store luggage and you can pay with card at reception to get a €2 coin but I’m just not used to hotels not storing luggage for free.

Die Lage ist super, es ist alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal was freundlich, die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Hotel ist direkt an einer befahrenen Strasse aber wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, kann man gut schlafen. Es hat keine Klimaanlage - haben wir aber nicht vermisst.
