Oh my god where do I start ok Communication: 5 star free call from Dulles quick answer and really really polite staff Shuttle Bus : 5 star arrived quickly and promptly the driver was so much fun to talk to giving me an insight to the area now I stayed here for nearly two weeks and they picked me and dropped me for free every time. Reception : 5 star what a brilliant team they really looked after me from day one as a journalist travelling across the USA for the FIFA World Cup I would often miss breakfast and come back physically drained but they would supply me with water, coffee, Dr Pepper and yoghurts and never charge me They we're amazing always checking up on me to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything at all then when I was able to actually make breakfast it was brilliant Food : I never really got the opportunity to eat breakfast but when I did it was brilliant plenty of choice including cereal, fresh fruit, warm food including eggs and sausages etc and plenty of coffee Cleanliness: The place is clean very very presentable always smelling fresh and even though they have a smoking area outside it was very clean so a lot of work goes into the presentation of this place. The Room: Massive big room with living space including sofa etc microwave fridge the bed was very clean very comfortable and very fresh linen The bathroom was clean very well presented with a bath and shower fully functioning with fresh towels etc and condiments well light with a choice of lighting options Overall The room was exceptional and exceeded all my expectations the staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met on my travels they just really understood my job and went out of their way to look after me and other guests from what I could see. The WiFi is a little unstable but you just log back in and again it's around 100/150 Mbps excellent.

Can’t really safely walk across the street. Not a pedestrian friendly area at all but this not the hotel’s fault.

Shower head was rusty. Water pressure and temperature were very bad. They attempted to charge my card twice

Close to IAD and had a shuttle listed in website

Shuttle only ran from 8:15-10:45 at night (we booked at 11, after not getting on last flight (stby passengers)., so had to Uber. Thought we were saving a little $, but w/ 2 uber rides; not at all. Plus when we left in the morning (4:45), there was no one at front desk.
