We have stayed here a couple of times big advantage being the underground right on the doorstep it’s so convenient, rooms are spacious and comfortable the staff are lovely

Struttura in buona posizione, comodissima alla metro. La stanza di giuste dimensioni, il divano letto con un materasso un po’ scomodo ma i bambini hanno dormito bene ugualmente. Abbastanza pulita. Colazione un po’ scarsa è poco varia ma nel complesso abbiamo mangiato abbastanza bene. Personale alla reception molto cortese. In generale ci siamo trovati bene e sicuramente la posso consigliare

"Won’t stay here again"

We have stayed in Ibis hotels before and they have always been a good value, this one was subpar. Advertised air con was non existent, not sure if it was dirt or mold sprayed around the vent, but it was not pleasant.

Odeur dans la chambre, meubles brûlés avec marque de cigarette, moquette usée, prises électriques qui ne marchent pas et certaines pendent, douche cassée, INADMISSIBLE d offrir une telle chambre !!!!! Cet hôtel ne mérite aucune étoile et certainement pas le prix proposés

"Intrusion nocturne dans la chambre."

Chambre confortable. Problème avec la sécurité... Une personne est entrée dans ma chambre durant la nuit. Comment cela a-t-il pu être possible ? J'ai crié pour faire fuir l'intrus. J'ai téléphoné à l'accueil, mais peu de réaction de la part de la personne présente. Je ne sais pas s'il faut se fier à cet hôtel. Ce qui a crée une situation inquiétante et très stressante pour le reste du séjour !

Manque inadmissible d'équipement électrique limitant les possibilités de travail ou loisir (recharge) alimentation eau de la douche : alternance brulant et froid un établissement qui affiche 3 étoiles, c'est un difficilement acceptable.
