La taxe de séjour a été prélevée deux fois, liée à l’incompétence de l’équipe ou encore au système informatique. Cela fait maintenant un mois que j’essaie de contacter l’hôtel afin de joindre le responsable de la réception, qui m’avait pourtant assuré textuellement : « Si vous êtes prélevé deux fois, appelez moi et je procéderai au remboursement. » Depuis un mois, on me fait patienter, personne ne me rappelle et aucune solution concrète ne m’a été apportée, malgré mes 10aine d' appels.
