hotel bien situé, proche d'une station de tramway

la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée pendant notre séjour de 3 jours. on nous a répondu qu'il fallait le demander !! Nous avions réservé un hôtel 4 étoiles en chambre confort (nous avons donc payé un supplément) et au final pas de nettoyage pas de lit fait!! Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. Nous sommes très décus!

Dat het heerlijk rook al bij binnenkomst , schoon en een heerlijk groot bed en veel keuzes bij ontbijt.

Bij hadden een kamer op de rooftop dus met dakterras en wij misten we een soort van opstapje of krukje om daar via het raam/schuifpui op te komen. En de locatie viel een beetje tegen j niet voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn ,je moet wel een aardig stuk lopen of met ov naar centrum want in de buurt zelf is er weinig . Wij hadden met ontbijt gereserveerd en die ruimte was erg klein.

"Expected more from a Leonardo"

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good overall.

I was downgraded room on arrival from deluxe due to ‘plumbing issues’ the room we were allocated wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. One morning possible “guests” were asleep in the foyer area from the night before along with there rubbish which was not a good look for the hotel. Staff members were stood around talking to each other and made no attempt to move the guests on or even tidy the rubbish.
