Location and staff

Outdated toilets, uncomfortable mattresses, poor telephone network. The staff WiFi saved me but not everyone can get it.

"If you do not need wifi then an ok stay"

Hotel was clean

False advertising of wifi availability, there was NO guest wifi available which quite a number of guests complained about but staff internet was perfect. People should be refunded an amount for loss of business due to no internet.
