My faucet leaked and flooded the floors and the jacuzzi tub didn’t work but the staff was quick to assist in trying to fix the issues

Manager and staff were accommodating and pleasant. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. Over all great value for a reasonably priced rate. Can clearly see a lot of pride taken by staff. Travel once a year for tournaments and will never stay at any other hotel again.
