A fun place to stay. Casino and restaurant in the hotel right on the lake. We were there when there was a live band out on the patio. Beautiful place to stay.

"No towels, no food, no coffee!!!"

We arrived tired and hungry after a long day on the road. First, we went to the restaurant (which is really just a bar with pub food) at 8 pm - it closes at 9 pm. The girl behind the bar told us that it was too late to order food! We had to find fast food in Polson. We get back to the hotel and my husband jumps in the shower only to discover that there are no towels in the room. I had to go to the front desk to ask for some towels to be brought to the room. Finally, the next morning I’m ready for some coffee, but all three dispensers were empty and there was not an employee in sight. Except for having an amazing view (which our room did NOT have), this is the worst hotel (and the most expensive) we’ve had during our trip so far. Would not recommend.

"Great Room "

One of nicer rooms I've ever stayed in. Couch and electric fireplace were great. The shower upstairs was awesome with all the 7+ faucets. Two toilets and a refrigerator was a nice touch. My only complaint is that the casino room was too smoky.

They gave our original booked room away. This was supposedly by mistake. Was told that they would reimburse us a night for the inconvenience. But nothing was done. So not to sure what to think.
