It is a very pleasant stay by the water, lovely area, easy walk across the road to a lovely diner for breakfast.

The lake view is great, but I don't like the late check in time, or the staff at Falling Water. The rooms need to be cleaned better.

"Ok but wouldn’t stay here again"

Hotel room was great but service for breakfast was terrible on 2 occasions! On one occasion took our order after waiting 10mins to be then told 20 mins later that couldn’t fulfil our order so did we want to order something else!!! Also was celebrating our 16th Wedding anniversary and did not get any sort of acknowledgment from the hotel !!!

We were super excited for a last minute, end of summer get away. From checking in through out our entire stay, non of the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was a complete joke, they were out of most everything (due to a holiday weekend) and waiting for a table was ridiculous with only 4 tables all together sitting. At the end of breakfast i paid cash and said they didnt have money in the till for chabge back 🙄 waitress was very rude to my wife. Resturant was a very unpleasant experience. All the chairs and tables they had out for guests to use in front of the lake were so cover in spiders and webbs it was disgusting. Woke up each morning to go for a walk, the property was littered with beer cans and drink cups scattered all over. Our room was ok, besides the sink wouldn't drain, toilet seat was about to come off, no hot water for shower, very noisey hotels. Didnt quiet down till after 3:30am and loud again around 7:00am. Super disappointing cause its a beautiful place.

"Hotel great, Restaurant a disaster"

Our lakeside room was great. Nice view, large room, bed and pillows great,deck was a plus. Why i didn't give 5 stars was the restaurant. Our dinner took a long time coming out because only one cook. Breakfast was worse. Didn't open on time, and after 20 minutes myself and other guests walked across a busy street and over to Betty's cafe. Great food there.

Lovely room with a view of Flathead & mountains at a reasonable rate. Dining on site for breakfast & dinner was also nice. Will visit again.
