Staff were very accommodating and understanding, knowing that our stay was unexpected due to a family emergency and then the death of my sister causing us to extend our stay.

We stayed in a ground level suite. The entry area was very treacherous with ice. It was salted, however for an assessable room, it was very challenging to get in and out of the room safely due to the ice.

Staff was all helpful and pleasant good location and well lit parking lot.

Real disappointed in Bell cable. Dusty top of safe in closet.
